Jacque Prior is a visual designer who also delves into and explores typography, visual art and photography. Her work investigates the intersection of typography and visual art through studies of legibility and abstraction. Investigating the blend and overlap of letter shapes, she creates geometric forms that defy recognition and provoke confusion. Her design philosophy focuses on simple yet effective design that incorporates both form and function, and that makes a responsible and positive difference in society. She graduated with First Class Honours in Communication Design from the Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane in 2010 and is now working in Sydney, Australia.
